My entrepreneurial journey started early. At age 7, I founded my first venture: a lemonade stand. I didn’t just set up shop - I recruited neighbors, built a drive-through, and even passed out customer surveys. From that moment, I was hooked on building businesses.

During my internship at Groupon amidst their IPO I realized startups were where I belonged. The fast-paced environment and constant drive for change inspired me, and I’ve never looked back.

After traveling the world on a budget, I joined AppLovin ($APP), where I had the chance to build and lead multiple teams while working with partners across the globe. It was a dynamic learning experience in scaling to unicorn status.

As a lifelong gamer, the opportunity to co-found Lion Studios was a dream come true. Within our first year, we scaled rapidly, with five #1 mobile games and over 600 million downloads. It was a thrilling ride, and I learned firsthand what it takes to grow and lead a successful business in a hyper competitive market.

Today, I work with early-stage startups, leveraging my own customer development frameworks and iterative growth strategies to help founders find their market, scale operations, and drive revenue. I thrive on helping businesses reach that next level of success.

I am an active angel investor. As of 2024 I have limited this to companies where I am a coach or advisor.

I am a Limited Partner in VC funds. I support portfolio companies with my deep expertise in mobile, marketing and gaming.

I also help with hiring, deal flow and startup due diligence, and actively engage to help the startup and/or fund.

Investing

For founders and startups that would benefit from more than just a short-term engagement, I can work with you as an advisor over 1-3 years.

In addition to the work in Coaching, I am part of your team. I will support and push you in growing yourself and leveling up your startup.

This looks like weekly meetings, email support and continuous feedback.
